The purpose of this information notice is to provide users and visitors of our website with maximum transparency regarding the information we collect and how we use it.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

PURPOSE OF PROCESSING
The processing of data collected by the site has the following purposes
– Providing services (use of your personal data to receive information about the consulting services provided). For these purposes, user/contracting party data will be processed for the time strictly necessary to carry out the individual processing activities, it being understood that, once this period has expired, the data will be retained for the purposes and for the maximum retention periods envisaged for any other noncontracting user as indicated in this information notice and/or, in any case, in the cases established by the Regulations and/or the law.
– Statistical purposes (collection of data and information in an exclusively aggregate and anonymous form in order to verify the proper functioning of the site and improve services)
– Security (collection of data and information for the purpose of protecting the security of the site – spam filters, firewalls, virus detection in order to prevent or unmask fraud or abuse to the detriment of the website; the data are recorded in accordance with the relevant laws in force, in order to block attempts to damage the site itself or to harm other users, or in any case harmful or criminal activities; such data are never used to identify or profile the user and are deleted periodically)
– Performing ancillary activities (communicating data to third parties who perform functions necessary or instrumental to the operation of the service and to allow third parties to perform technical, logistical and other activities on our behalf. Suppliers only have access to personal data that are necessary to perform their tasks, and they undertake not to use the data for any other purpose, and are obliged to process personal data in accordance with applicable regulations);
– Compliance with legal obligations (in some cases we are required by law to collect and process your personal data)
COLLECTED DATA
Our site collects user data in two ways:
– In an automated manner (during the users’ navigation the following information may be collected and stored in the site’s -hosting- server log files: IP data, browser type; parameters of the device used to connect to the site; Internet Service Provider data; date and time of visit; visitor’s web page of origin and exit; number of clicks; these data are used for statistical and analysis purposes, in an aggregate and anonymous form only).
– In a voluntary manner (our site collects other data in the event of voluntary use of services by users such as communication services (contact forms) that will be used exclusively for the provision of the requested service (name, telephone and email address).
LOCATION OF PROCESSING
The data collected by the site are processed at the Data Controller’s premises and exclusively on Italian territory by authorised personnel in accordance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency, relevance and non-surplus to the purposes of collection and processing.
DATA STORAGE PERIOD
The data collected by our website during its operation are kept for the time strictly necessary to carry out the indicated activities and to perform the requested services. On expiry the data will be deleted or anonymised, unless there is no further purpose for retaining the data.
Data (IP address) used for site security purposes (blocking attempts to damage the site) are stored for 30 days. Data for analytics purposes (statistics) are stored in aggregate form for 24 months.
TRANSFER OF COLLECTED DATA TO THIRD PARTIES
The data collected by the site are generally not provided to third parties, except in specific cases: legitimate request by judicial authorities and only in cases provided for by law; when it is necessary for the provision of a specific service requested by the user; for the performance of security checks or site optimisation.
TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
Our site may share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. In particular with Google via the Google Analytics service. The transfer is authorised under specific decisions of the European Union and the Data Protection Authority, in particular under Decision 1250/2016 (so-called ‘Privacy Shield’. The companies mentioned above have guaranteed their adherence to the ‘Privacy Shield’.
